2. 필립국제아카데미(PIA)의 교육 운영에 중대한 영향을 줄 수 있는 건강상 문제 또는 생활 및 행동상의 특별한 어려움이 사전에 확인될 경우

3. 학습 환경 유지 및 공동체의 안정에 있어, 본 기관의 객관적 판단에 따라 중대한 우려가 있다고 판단되는 경우

→ 위의 경우에는 교육 참여가 제한되거나 등록이 보류될 수 있습니다.

최종 결정은 조기진급·졸업·등록평가위원회의 심의를 통해 이루어집니다.

PIA’s admissions process consists of the following steps:
1. Participation in Information Session
2. Testing and Interview
3. Notification of Results
4. Final Registration and Start Date
5. Orientation

New enrollment is usually held in the fall and spring, while transfer admissions are processed as space becomes available.
All decisions are subject to internal evaluation and review.

Step 1: Information Session – Held every Monday at 6 PM. Includes Q&A and consultation.
Step 2: Testing & Interview – Includes short assessments and interview with guardians.
Step 3: Results – Usually notified within 10 days via email or phone.
Step 4: Registration Confirmation – Submit documents and select the start date (new: Feb/Aug; transfer: 1st or 15th of any month).
Step 5: Orientation – Held before the semester to provide academic and administrative guidance.

* Final admissions decisions are made by the Academic Evaluation Committee.

등록절차 안내 – 필립국제아카데미 (PIA)

필립국제아카데미(PIA)의 등록 과정은 다음과 같은 순서를 따릅니다.

설명회 참여 → 테스트 및 면담 → 결과 안내 → 등록 확정 → 오리엔테이션

신규 등록은 일반적으로 가을과 봄에 진행되며, 편입 등록은 해당 반의 결원이 있을 경우에 한해 수시로 가능합니다.
등록 여부는 내부 평가 절차를 거쳐 최종 결정되며, 신규 등록자와 편입 대상자 모두 정해진 절차를 반드시 이수해야 합니다.

 

Step 1: Participation in Information Session – 설명회 참여

설명회는 필립국제아카데미의 교육 철학, 학습 프로그램, 운영 방식, 교육자료 및 생활 안내 등 전반적인 내용을 소개하는 자리입니다. 질의응답 시간과 간단한 개별 상담이 함께 진행됩니다. 설명회는 매주 월요일 저녁 6시에 정기적으로 열리며, 사전 예약은 전화 또는 온라인을 통해 가능합니다.

Step 2: Testing and Interview – 테스트 및 면담

간단한 테스트와 면담이 진행되며, 이 과정에는 보호자와 함께 참석하실 것을 권장합니다.

등록 신청서를 제출한 후, 결과는 개별적으로 안내됩니다.

PIA는 인종, 성별, 국적 등에 따른 차별 없이 동등한 교육 참여 기회를 제공합니다.

Step 3: Notification of Results – 결과 안내

등록 신청 결과는 일반적으로 10일 이내에 이메일 또는 전화를 통해 개별 통보됩니다.

편입 등록의 경우에도 동일한 절차가 적용되며, 반에 결원이 있는 경우에만 진행됩니다.

Step 4: Confirmation and Start Date – 등록 확정 및 시작일

등록이 승인되면, 학부모는 안내된 서류 제출 및 등록 절차를 완료해야 합니다.

신규 등록자는 2월 또는 8월에 수업을 시작하며,

편입 등록자는 매월 1일 또는 15일 중 시작일을 지정하여 수업에 참여하게 됩니다.

Step 5: Orientation – 오리엔테이션

학기 시작 전, 등록자 대상 오리엔테이션이 진행됩니다.

이 시간에는 교육과정, 수업 운영 방식, 생활 안내 등 학습에 필요한 주요 정보를 제공받게 됩니다.
