Enrollment Guidelines

Enrollment, advancement to higher-level programs, and completion decisions are made through the review of the PIA Admissions Evaluation Committee.

Diligence and respect for community rules are important evaluation criteria. Learners are expected to comply with academic guidelines and the directions of staff members.

PIA provides equal educational opportunities regardless of race, gender, or social background.

In cases where the above criteria are not met or individual circumstances apply, final decisions regarding enrollment, advancement will be made through the committee’s proper review process.

Enrollment Documents

1. Application form (English name must match passport / full address required)
2. Certificate of final education (completion / GED)
3. Letter of recommendation
4. Medical examination certificate
5. One ID photo (passport size)
6. Academic transcript from previous school
7. Previous learning record
8. Alien registration card (for foreigners)
9. Resident registration certificate (for Koreans)
10. Copy of passport
11. Tuition payment application form
12. Consent form for collection & use of personal information
13. Allergy health survey form
14. Consent form for appearance in promotional materials

Enrollment Restrictions

Enrollment may be restricted or deferred in the following cases:

1. If submitted documents are found to be false or misleading
2. If significant health issues or behavioral difficulties are confirmed in advance that may affect program operation
3. If there are serious concerns, based on the institution’s objective judgment, about maintaining the learning environment and community stability

➡ Final decisions are made through the Early Promotion and Enrollment Evaluation Committee.
